Blackened steel C-Channels recall the original industrial character of the neighborhood and were approved by the Landmark Preservation Commission as an appropriate intervention to this landmarked structure. The relationship of the exterior channels to the window system frame, shade pocket, and concealed air diffuser is minimal and refined.
